Most of the gains seen in real organisations come from getting two or three boring things right — clean data, a clear owner, an honest read on what the model can and can't do — long before any model is trained.

Technology and people, in that order, but always both. A model that nobody trusts gets switched off in three months. We spend as much time on the workflow change, the hand-off, and the training, as on the architecture.

Founder-led, with a small associate network. When you hire N2AI, you talk to Volodimir — the person who will lead the work. For engagements that need extra capacity (data engineering, MLOps, regulatory review), we bring in senior associates per project rather than running a junior pyramid. No incentive to extend the engagement, and we will tell you when an internal hire or an off-the-shelf tool is the better answer.
