    How they sequence

    Most clients start with one — Workshop if you have many ideas, Scoping Lab if you have one specific idea, Roadmap if you're committing to AI as a programme. Pilot Build comes after a Scoping Lab when the answer is "yes, build it." None of them require you to commit to the next.
