Let's Start the Conversation
Most AI conversations start with too much ambition and not enough data.
Ours start differently. Tell us where you are — we'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and what a useful first step looks like.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to common questions
Which engagement should I start with?
If you have many AI ideas and no way to compare them, start with the Use-Case Workshop (€5–10k, 1–2 days). If you have one specific idea and need to know whether it's feasible, start with the Scoping Lab (€5–10k, 2–4 weeks). If you're committing to AI as a programme across multiple business units, start with the Roadmap (€30–60k, 4–8 weeks). If you've already scoped a use case and need it built, that's the Pilot Build (from €40k, 6–12 weeks).
Where does N2AI have the deepest experience?
Life sciences — biotech, pharma, healthcare. Volodimir's PhD is in bioinformatics and the bulk of the implementations shipped across his career have been in data-heavy life-science environments. Beyond that, we work in finance, manufacturing, and enterprise where the data is complex and the regulatory load is real.
Do you build the pilot, or just write the report?
Both options exist. The Workshop, Scoping Lab and Roadmap all end with a written document — you're free to take it to your team or any build partner. If you'd like us to build the pilot, that's the AI Pilot Build engagement (fixed price, clear exit, code and runbook handed over). No lock-in either way.
How big is the team?
N2AI is founder-led by Volodimir Olexiouk. For engagements that need additional capacity — data engineering, MLOps, regulatory review — senior associates are brought in per project. No junior pyramid, no incentive to extend the engagement.
Do you handle AI Act and GDPR compliance?
Yes. Every engagement includes an AI Act risk classification and a GDPR review where personal data is involved. EU data residency by default. We read the relevant regulations before writing the proposal — not after the contract is signed.
